To complete your renewal, please return thisform with your payment to 3610 Waialae Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816. Renewal Deadline is Tuesday, July 8. After that date, we cannot guarantee your seat selection as a subscriber. As a benefit to subscribers, HSO covers your ticket fees.
