HEALTH & SAFETY

For the safety of our audiences, we continue to encourage masks at performances. The HSO will continue to observe venue specific safety protocols moving forward.

Ticketing

    1. In person: At this time, tickets can be bought in person.

      • For Hawai’i Theatre Concerts, you may purchase at the Hawai’i Theatre Center Box Office. You are welcome to purchase tickets at Will Call starting 1 hour prior to showtime. See hours and location here.

      • For Blaisdell concerts, you may purchase in-person at the Blaisdell Box Office. See hours and location here.

    2. Online: Tickets can be purchased online here through the HSO website.

    3. Phone: Tickets can be purchased over the phone with the HSO Box Office number: (808) 380-7720.

  • All ticket purchases are final and are non-refundable.

    1. Donate back to your Hawai’i Symphony Orchestra.

      • Your generosity by donating your ticket back to your HSO will directly support the musicians and orchestra programs, ensuring that our community is alive with music. The value of each ticket can be used as a tax-deductible contribution.

        Please call the HSO Box Office at (808) 380-7720 or email tickets@hawaiisymphonyorchestra.org to donate tickets back to the HSO.

    2. Gift to a friend.

      • Can’t go but have a friend or family member who can? We welcome your guests to attend in your place! For Hawai’i Theatre performances, you can simply provide the email with the pdf ticket attached to friends or family, and we will grant them entry to the performance.

    3. Exchange your tickets into another concert.

      • Can’t make your concert? Small kine! You can exchange your tickets up to 24 hours before the concert by calling the HSO Box Office at (808) 380-7720 or emailing tickets@hawaiisymphonyorchestra.org.

        Please note: There are no exchanges for tickets sold through Ticketmaster or Blaisdell.

  • Tickets are sent out to you based on your preferred delivery method that is selected upon purchase. Tickets can be emailed, shipped, or picked up at Will Call the day of the concert.

    Can’t find your tickets? Small kine! Please contact the HSO Box Office for assistance.

    Rest assured, tickets may be printed at Will Call on the day of the concert if you are unable to locate your tickets prior to the day of the concert.

  • Yes! For Hawaii Theatre performances, you can simply provide the email with pdf ticket attached to friends or family, and we will grant them entry to the performance.

  • Yes! Groups of 20 or more receive 25% off their order when booking together.

    Group sales are perfect for friends & family, company outings, schools, churches, clubs, non-profit organizations, youth activities, senior centers, and more. Our group sales team is here to ensure your group will receive the best in service, convenience, and efficiency. We'll handle the details for you, from reservations and ticketing to special seating.

Subscriptions

  • A subscription is the best way to purchase multiple tickets, get the best price, and so much more! Visit our subscriptions page here for more information.

  • One of the benefits of being a subscriber is that you receive first pick on the best seat for the best price for the entire season. The HSO patron services team will work with you to find your perfect seat without taking someone else’s.

    When purchasing a subscription, you may add a comment upon checkout such as “same seats as last year” or “close to an aisle near the stage” and we will do our best to seat you with these requests. We encourage you to add a comment with your seat preferences. If no specification is included, the next best seat will be selected for you.

    Please note: Seating priority is determined by subscription history and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Subscribing early ensures access to the best available seats. As subscriptions are purchased past the start of the season, seating may become more limited. To ensure the best seat throughout the season, your seat location may change based on availability.

  • For all HSO Subscriptions, you will receive your tickets 2 weeks prior to the first performance with the delivery method selected at checkout.
